At the heart of the Johanna Project is the ‘Haysheds Johanna’ development, which will feature 4 fully self-contained 1-bed pods designed for short-stay accommodation.

These pods are being constructed with a focus on minimizing the eco-footprint while providing the highest level of comfort and performance. The construction process incorporates a combination of innovative materials and building techniques, each chosen to reduce environmental impact throughout its entire lifecycle—from extraction and manufacturing to transport, operation, and eventual disposal.

By emphasizing careful procurement, sustainable material selection, and waste minimization, Haysheds Johanna seeks to harmonize modern living with environmental responsibility, offering guests a unique stay that doesn’t compromise on lifestyle.
